Soudabeh Sharafi, D.M.D.

Del Mar Pediatric & Adolescents Dental Group was founded by Dr. Soudabeh Sharafi who has been in private practice since 2000.  She received her dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1997.

She completed one year of residency program in advanced education in Craniofacial Anomalies at the Lancaster Cleft Palate Clinic in Pennsylvania.  Dr. Sharafi continued two more years of postgraduate specialty training in Pediatric and Adolescent Dentistry at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Sharafi is committed to providing compassionate care and progressive treatment to children in the San Diego County area.  She is certified in CPR and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).  Her personalized style is clear the moment a family enters the office and is surrounded by the relaxed and friendly environment.

Dr. Sharafi is extremely versatile in adapting her chair-side manner to the age of the patient.  She is careful to make the experience pleasant and fear-free for the youngest of children.
